Product
- How can I make my own sneaker design?
- Fill out the form here.
- We will send you a mock-up file.
- Work on the design - colors, materials, and other details. Use whatever method you prefer. Send us the final version.
- Give us up to 2 days to approve the design or to discuss details.
- We then hand craft your sneakers for 2-4 weeks depending on our production capacity.
- Which shoe size should I choose?
- Our sneakers are hand made in full sizes only, so if you’re, for example, usually a 44.5 go down a half size and choose a 44.
- Ounces sizing tip. Sneakers fit true to size.

- Will you restock the item I am looking to buy?
- It depends on the production capacity and material availability.

- When are you releasing new stuff?
- We do our best to release new models every month.
Orders
- What's the status of my order?
- You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after placing it.
- Once we have processed your order, our experts will start crafting your new favorite sneakers.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to be shipped.
- What should I do if I haven't received my order?
- Check the estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email.
- Track the order online. We do our best to provide our customers with a tracking number.
- Can I track the delivery of my order?
- If your order has been sent to you using a service that provides tracking, you can follow the journey. In most cases, you will get it!
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our headquarters once your order is shipped.
Shipping
- What are the shipping costs?
- We offer FREE worldwide shipping.
- If you place your order from the EU, all additional charges (VAT and duties) are included in the price.
- If you place your order NOT from the EU, all prices exclude additional charges.
- We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
- Where do you deliver?
- We ship worldwide.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
- Our sneakers are made to order, and it takes approximately 2 weeks to dispatch all orders. It takes 4-6 weeks from the moment you order until you receive what you ordered.
- What should I do if I haven't received my order?
- Check the estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email.
- Track the order online. We do our best to provide our customers with tracking number.
Returns
- How do I return faulty items?
- Before returning a faulty item, we ask you to get in touch with us by filling out the form or by sending us an email.
- If the item is classified as faulty, we will ask you to provide us with more details that are needed to prepare and send you a return label.
- Once the parcel is ready to be returned, drop it at your local Post Office. Don't forget to keep the proof of postage until the process of returning item has been completed.
- Have you received my return?
- It takes up to 10 working days after receiving your shipment to process it. We will notify you about the refund or store credit process once everything is checked.
