01 / DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Latvia and delivered using tracked delivery services.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery destination.

For Europe, our current standard delivery estimate is 3–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

02 / SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For Europe:

Standard Tracked Delivery — 6 EUR / 59 SEK

Free standard shipping is available when your order reaches the qualifying amount shown at checkout.

No additional shipping charges will be added after your order has been placed.

03 / ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information where available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

04 / TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.

Depending on the destination and delivery service, your order may be delivered to your address, a service point or another designated collection location.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

05 / DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@by-ounces.com and we will help investigate the shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or incorrect delivery information was provided, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate next step.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights if an order is delayed, lost or otherwise not delivered as agreed.

06 / RETURNS

Returns, exchanges and your statutory right of withdrawal are covered separately in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For Europe, when using our provided return service, a return shipping fee of 6 EUR / 59 SEK is deducted from your refund.
