For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items. However, there can be exceptions.

EXCEPTIONS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oskars@by-ounces.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and make it right.
