Refund policy

01 / RETURN WINDOW

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

Items may be tried on as you would in a store. Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.

02 / HOW TO RETURN

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our Return Portal or contact us at hello@by-ounces.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

In the Return Portal, enter your email address and order number and select the items you wish to return.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation and return instructions.

Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

03 / RETURN SHIPPING

A return shipping fee of 6 EUR (59 SEK) will be deducted from your refund when you use our provided return service.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded when you withdraw from the entire order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, any additional cost above our standard delivery rate is not refundable.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

04 / REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

We will process your refund within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund if an item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

05 / EXCHANGES

Need a different size? You can request an exchange through our Return Portal, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

06 / FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@by-ounces.com as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by this Returns & Refunds Policy.
